Dear Colleagues
I would first like to thank you all for your continued and
combined determination in ensuring your own as well as your
e
COVID-19 pandemic. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be
with those who have been affected. Please continue to follow
government guidelines.
At the same time, we have been able to minimize the impact on our business and
all this credit goes to your resilience. I know these are tough times and I am proud
to be part of this team who has shown the spirit to take this challenge head on.
Our performance has been on par with what we had achieved by this point last
year, so far. The market remains volatile and unpredictable. We had set a very
tough target for ourselves this year and even though we are below that target, I
am confident that we will do everything within our control to try to get near that
given the opportunity; we have to continue working together to grasp those
opportunities.
As always, the upcoming months will be crucial for us. I have always believed that
nothing is impossible and I do believe we are suitable equipped to deal with all
the challenges that come our way. I will end with what Henry Ford once said:

Exactly 12 years ago, I joined Oil & Gas industry in Middle East. After completion of my first two years,
which is exactly 10yrs now I aimed to be at a senior level position in this industry with a well-known
name in the market, which I think I have almost achieved it.

A true leader is one who sees the goal to be achieved clearly & leads his team from front to achieve
that. Leadership is about developing his teammates & helping them reach their full potential. Good
leaders do the work of guiding his team to a place they've never been before and want to get to.
There are a plethora of qualities that one must need in order to become a fantastic leader. However, I
strongly believe that one of the most important traits that all leaders must possess is a passion to
develop and maximize the potential of others. When you begin to transform people individually, you
then begin to transform your organization or team as a whole.
In my opinion, success is happiness. One need to ask a question to himself how happy he/she is. How
many people loves you or likes to be around you. It is about difference you make in peoples life.
