for our success, and you can be proud of that. I want to congratulate you on the milestones we
have reached and accolades received so far. We have completed several major contracts with
global OEMs and delivered excellent results. We have also been approved by these OEMs for
validation of various components.
I encourage you to keep up the enthusiasm and passion in your work. We need to stay ahead
of the curve by constantly improving our quality, efficiency, and innovation. We have invested
heavily in new machines, tools, and technologies, and will continue to provide you with
resources and training. I urge you to make the best use of these opportunities and to
continue to learn and grow with the company.

workforce, and we respect and appreciate each other’s contributions and perspectives. We

Message
Tell us about yourself.
I am the finance officer in MTQ oilfield services, started my journey in MTQ as an assistant
accountant back in Feb, 2017. I have around 10 years of experience in accounting. Passionate
about what I do and always looking for the best.
How did you get into financing as a career?
It was by coincidence, I graduated from high school with high GPA and got a scholarship to study
accounting although my background was science, I was one of the honored students in my major.
What would have been your second career choice if financing
was not available?
I always wanted to become an interior designer. I love colors, furniture and accessories. I still
attend small courses whenever possible.
How did MTQ help you in Career Development?
MTQ added a lot to my career progression, working in a company with overseas operations
enabled me to gain more knowledge on international trade and process, and to deal with people
from different cultures and nations.
Did you Face any challenges when you started working in MTQ?
In every new beginning you will face challenges, but the overcoming these challenges is the most
important step in gaining your experience.
How do you spend your free time? Any hobbies?
I usually spend my free time with my family, doing some gatherings and going out. I love baking
as well where I can express my feelings.
What advice Would you give to MTQ employees?
MTQ will give you a great opportunity to start and to continue your career, just work hard and
keep on the positive spirit and you defiantly will receive great rewards.
