Dear MTQ staff,
I am delighted to share with you some of the highlights and achievements of the
financial year 2022/2023. I am proud to say that we had a record year as we posted
our highest annual revenue in a Fiscal year. We were also able to improve Gross profit
margins as the company operated at a high utilization throughout the financial
period. We have also increased our market share, expanded our customer base and
improved our operational efficiency.
I would like to congratulate each and every one of you for an excellent performance.
Despite of the challenges, we have managed to deliver outstanding results. These
achievements are a testament to our resilience, innovation, and excellence in
providing quality products and services to our clients. None of this would have been
possible without your hard work, dedication and commitment. You are the backbone
of our company and the reason for our success. I am proud to work with such a
talented and diverse team of professionals who always strive to exceed expectations
and deliver value to our stakeholders.
I know the journey has not been easy, but still you all managed to harbor good
results. There were challenges but I am proud to say that we as a team adapted to
these challenges and was able to deliver customer commitments.

1.Tell us who you are and what you specialize in?
Bachelor holder with hons in double major in Business Administration & Financial Management, holder
of two Professional Certificates in HR - CIPD level 3 & 5. I have around 14 years of experience in
different majors including the HR, and the total years of experience in HR is 10 years. Since I started
my career I always strive for continued excellence.
2. How do you balance your workload and prioritize your tasks?
Always start my day to list my tasks, identify the urgent & important tasks, assessing the tasks value
based on what carries the highest value to the business/ department, & I always try to be adaptable
and flexible for any changes that may come across to my list of tasks.
3. How do you cope with stress and challenges in your role?
I am an organized person and I strictly work according to a timetable. This habit has really helped me to
increase my productivity level and complete my tasks well ahead of schedule. I strongly believe
stressful & challenging situations are part of any job, but it can be handled if we are organized.
4. How do you keep your skills and knowledge up to date in the HR field?
Watching YouTube is my favorite part & Professional HRs & practitioners have a lots of YouTube
channels spreading newly methods in HR filed. Also, attending professional events & studying a new
qualification like CIPD has gained me more and more to add in HR.
5. What are some of the goals that you have achieved or are working towards in your
career?
Since joining MTQ I have made a lot of achievements towards my career, performance & attitude.
Therefore, I always aim to be a great leader to my team leading them to success, and to support other
departments in delivering the company objectives.
6. How do you handle feedback and criticism from others?
Basically, by being a good listener to understand those feedbacks, controlling my emotions & reaction,
never take it personally as I believe that constructive criticism can be one of the best ways to improve
my weaknesses, process the feedback and show gratitude to those who offer constructive criticism.
7. What are some of the areas that you would like to improve or develop further?
I’m working on improving my skills of Determination as in my opinion it is a key component of all
business activity because it’s the drive to complete a task or resolve a problem regardless of how
difficult the process becomes. Also, to improve my skills in solving problems & conflict resolution
between employees.
