I started my career in Nass Contracting as a receptionist, then I worked as an
Executive Secretary in the same company. Eight years later, I joined MTQ
Oilfield as a Document Controller in Quality Department. I am holding Master’s
in Human Resources Management from Applied Science University. During my
free time, I love watching series and going to the cinema.
The positive work environment, I love working with a team to achieve a common
goal and I look forward to becoming a valued contributor to this phenomenal
team. I also appreciate all the incentives MTQ provide to its staff.
Working in MTQ has provided me with valuable information and training in the
oilfield sector. In addition, it provides me with the opportunity to improve my
problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
By rewarding myself, these rewards can be small, like going on a walk or getting
a favorite treat, or big rewards, like going on a vacation or to the cinema.
Knowing that something enjoyable is waiting for you on the other side acts as a
great reward for getting things done.
Stop saying yes when I want to say no.
I’m looking for a role with a company that I can grow with and continue to take
on new challenges over the next five years and beyond. Since I am driven to be
the best at what I do, I want to have opportunities to develop my skills, take on
interesting projects, and work with people I can really learn from.
My hobbies are reading, writing poems, and travelling
The last book I read was Letting Go (The Pathway of Surrender) by David R.
Hawkins. It is a book that is designed to help the reader to overcome negative
emotions.
As Mohammed Ali said, “I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit.
Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.” Even if you hate
challenges in life, you need to go on and continue working on it because you can
only experience a wonderful life when you suffer and work hard for it.
