Karthik is the QC Foreman in QAQC

Department who joined MTQ March

2016.

He has taken plenty of initiatives to

improve the inspection process apart

from his day to day activities by

preparing the inspection templates

before any new job arrives which make

the inspector’s job easy to complete the

inspection. Moreover, he is monitoring

the shift activities even when he is on

off duty. He trained other inspectors on

Ultrasonic testing and clear all doubts

immediately. Karthik is a good team

player where he supports the

department on weekends and plan

the workload even if he is off.
