Huda is the IT Administrator in
HR, HSE & IT Department who joined MTQ
in November 2020.
She has worked hard in coordination with
Singapore IT to solve the issue of VPN
connection for printing crystal reports
required for Finance month closing. She has
done an excellent job in bringing solutions for
license deficiency of VM application by
tweaking a configuration on the server of VM
to reduce the inactivity time allowing more
users to gain access to VM. Moreover, she
was involved closely with Aramis Team to
connect the BioTime “attendance machine”
to the new HRMS for testing purpose. Huda
works closely with Hashem to attend to any
IT ticket and solve the issues on time, she has
covered her colleague during his leave and
close all received issues during the absence
of her teammate.
