Karrayya Pandi is the Welder at Welding

Department who joined MTQ September

2012.

Pandi is a self-motivated expert, attempts

to finish all allocated tasks on time. His

Sub Arc Welding performance in tubing

spool welding and Inconel overlay welding

is outstanding. Focused on quality welding

and pays close attention to every detail at

work, such as riser spool welding, mud

cross, fit up .. etc. Karrayya is a task

oriented individual who completes

assignments until they are

accomplished. He made a major

contribution to the team’s productivity.

He is constantly eager to train and share

his knowledge with his coworkers.
